Common issues

My composition isn't appearing on the frontend

  • Confirm the shortcode format is exactly [physicks id="123"] — no extra spaces or wrong quotes.
  • Confirm the composition is published (not in draft state).
  • Clear your caching plugin’s cache and your browser cache.
  • Open the browser developer console and look for JavaScript errors from other plugins.

My license key isn't activating

  • Confirm you copied the key without leading or trailing spaces.
  • Confirm you’re using the correct site URL — the license is bound to the site it was activated on.
  • If you’ve moved your site to a new domain, deactivate the license on the old domain first.
  • Check that your hosting provider allows outbound connections to our license server.

The plugin conflicts with another plugin

Try deactivating other plugins one by one to identify the source of the conflict. If you confirm a conflict, contact us at support@physicks.pro with the name and version of the conflicting plugin — we take compatibility seriously and will investigate.
