We want you to be confident when you purchase Physicks. If the Plugin does not meet your expectations, you can request a full refund under the conditions described below.
1. 30-day money-back guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans (Pro and Business).
If you are not satisfied with Physicks for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase. No questions asked.
This applies to:
- First-time purchases of Pro and Business licenses.
- Subscription renewals, only when requested within 30 days of the renewal charge.
2. How to request a refund
To request a refund:
- Send an email to support@physicks.pro from the email address used at purchase.
- Include your order number or the email address used during checkout.
- Optionally, let us know what didn’t work for you. Your feedback is genuinely appreciated and helps us improve the product, but it is not required to receive your refund.
We will process your refund within 5 business days of receiving your request. Refunds are returned to the original payment method through Lemon Squeezy. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take an additional 5 to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
3. What is not refundable
The following purchases are not eligible for a refund:
- Refund requests submitted more than 30 days after the original purchase.
- Subscription renewals if the request is made more than 30 days after the renewal charge.
- Licenses that have been used in violation of our Terms of Service (for example, redistribution or unauthorized resale).
4. Cancelling your subscription
A refund and a subscription cancellation are different things:
- Cancelling a subscription stops future renewal charges. The Plugin remains functional until the end of the current billing period. You can cancel at any time through your customer portal at Lemon Squeezy.
- Requesting a refund returns your money for a recent charge. Refunds are subject to the 30-day window described above.
If you only want to stop future charges, simply cancel your subscription. You don’t need to request a refund.
5. Free plan
The Free plan is available at no cost and therefore not subject to any refund. You can stop using the Free plan at any time by deactivating or uninstalling the Plugin.
6. Disputes and chargebacks
If you have any concern about a charge, please contact us first at support@physicks.pro before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card provider. We are committed to resolving any issue quickly and fairly.
